Augmented Defender — Privacy Policy

Augmented Defense LLC (“Augmented Defense,” “we,” “our,” “us”) develops and publishes the standalone VR game Augmented Defender on the Meta Quest platform.
Augmented Defender is engineered to minimize the processing of personal data. All data handling occurs in volatile memory (RAM) and is discarded immediately when the session ends. We store no personal or gameplay data on any servers.
Augmented Defender leverages certain Meta Quest platform features. We process (but never store) the following data:

We do not collect crash reports, analytics, voice data, camera data, high scores, or platform identifiers beyond those mentioned above.
We use third-party services solely for essential game functionality:

Augmented Defense operates no back-end servers for Augmented Defender and forwards no data to any additional third parties.
Augmented Defense does not store or log any user data. All processing is transient and immediately discarded after session termination. If you wish to delete platform-level data (e.g., User ID, Avatar), please contact Meta Platforms Inc. directly via your Meta account settings.

Data processed during active sessions travels only via Unity NGO’s secure AES-GCM encrypted transport and is never persisted to disk.
Augmented Defender is rated 13+ on the Meta Quest platform. We collect no personal data, regardless of user age.
